New Identity for Moravian Village 55+ Community – Positioned for Appeal to Longer-Living Baby Boomers

Bethlehem, PA – A leading Lehigh Valley continuing care provider has rebranded its independent living cottage community to promote an “age-agnostic” identity more in step with its growing target audience.

Market Street Cottages is the new name for the 55+ lifestyle community neighborhood developed by Moravian Village of Bethlehem, located just south of Market Street and adjacent to the main residential/health care campus at Wood and Broad Streets in east Bethlehem. Previously known as Moravian Village Cottages, it features 105 luxury ranch style homes in a leafy neighborhood setting of winding streets and open green spaces.

The new Market Street Cottages identity includes an antique typeface flanking a stylized version of Bethlehem’s signature icon for three centuries—the 8-pointed Moravian star. It is now being used on the recently launched website and all print and digital communications. Assisting Moravian Village of Bethlehem in the marketing effort and execution is Keenan-Nagle Advertising of Allentown.
